Are my license keys safe with Licenzy?
Yes. License keys you store are saved encrypted using AES-256. Licenzy cannot access the contents of your keys and does not use them for any other purpose. Only you and team members you invite can view your data. More details are in our privacy policy.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No. Your data is never sold or shared with external parties for commercial purposes. Licenzy uses your data solely to deliver the service you signed up for.
How is my data secured?
All connections use HTTPS. Sensitive data such as license keys is stored encrypted using AES-256. Licenzy runs on servers in the EU, managed through Hosting for ALL, part of ICT for ALL, the company behind Licenzy.
Can I combine personal and business subscriptions?
Yes. Licenzy is built for recurring costs and licenses you want to track, from personal subscriptions to business SaaS and software licenses.
What is included in the free plan?
Free is permanently available for up to 5 licenses and 1 user. It is a good way to start and see whether Licenzy fits your workflow.
Are paid plans monthly or yearly?
Paid plans are offered yearly: Solo, Samen, Team and Team Pro.
When do I need Solo?
Solo is for 1 user who wants unlimited licenses, email reminders, reporting, export and bulk CSV import.
When should I choose Team?
Team helps when multiple people manage licenses. It includes up to 5 users, team management and roles, plus audit log.
What does Team Pro add?
Team Pro adds API access on top of the Team features and supports up to 15 users. Need more users? Contact us.
Can I import licenses in bulk?
Yes, bulk CSV import is available from Solo. It helps turn existing lists into a manageable dashboard faster.
What does the audit log do?
The audit log makes changes traceable, so you can see who changed what and when. It is available from Team.
Is API access available?
Yes, API access is available in Team Pro.
Can I cancel my paid plan at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid period, after which the account reverts to the free plan.
